We helped the Dickerson Park Zoo develop a social media strategy, beginning with the creation of the FozBlog in 2007. From that starting point, the zoo has turned to Squirt Cheez Media for advice about Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social networks. Their Facebook page now has more than 15,000 fans.
More recently, when the zoo needed a quick turnaround on a website for its annual fundraiser, we created The Ball of the Wild. In less than a week, we delivered a flexible website that allowed zoo staff to promote the event, send updated information to attendees, and deliver interesting content to make the event more successful.
